Our house is located in the southwest part of Munich. Subway and bus stations as well as shopping possibilities are nearby. To get to the center, zoo or Theresienwiese you will need about 20 minutes. The fairground is about 15 km away.

Our comfortable romms have shower, wc, cable tv and some of them a minbar. Most of the rooms contain newest furniture. For your car you can use our own parking lot or our basement garage. An extensive breakfast buffet also belongs to our individual service.
